Tidy Gallery
Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tidy Gallery ("the app"), provided by AnasDrive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, in line with these terms and Google Play's terms of service.
3. Tidy Gallery Pro
Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase sold through Google Play. It unlocks extra features (premium themes, AMOLED black, Material You colours, app lock and denser grids) on any device signed in to the same Google account. All organising features remain free. Payments, refunds and family-library sharing follow Google Play's policies; for a refund, use Google Play or contact us. Features may be improved over time, but we won't remove a Pro feature you paid for without a comparable replacement.
4. Your content
Your photos and videos remain yours. The app only displays and organises media already on your device. You are responsible for the content you store and for keeping your own backups.
5. Deleting files
The app can permanently delete photos and videos when you ask it to, after Android's confirmation. Deleted files may not be recoverable. Removing a photo from a folder, or deleting a folder, group or general group, does not delete any files.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnasDrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
